Software Requirements

Before students attend JumpStart orientation, held a week before the start of the semester, they must download 微软办公软件 software to their laptop computers.

我的.T. 支持 Center also offers user guides for technology services students may want to use once on campus, including campus printing, file backup and more.

Southeast Technical College utilizes 办公室365 for students who need 微软办公软件 为了他们的课程. 办公室365 allows students to download and install the Microsoft 办公室 Suite and use it while enrolled in classes. The license is attached to your Southeast Tech email account and will automatically deactivate when your email account is removed (one semester after graduation, or immediately upon withdrawal from Southeast 科技).

  1. 登录365

    去 http://365.pstgv.com, and 登录 with your Southeast Tech email address and password.

  2. 点击安装

    单击 安装办公室 button in the top right corner of the screen. Select "办公室 365应用."

  3. 办公室 365应用

    Run the installer after it has downloaded.

  4. Complete Installation

    Wait for the installation to complete. This may take a while. If you get an error or if the progress bar doesn't move for 5 minutes or so, review the options available on Microsoft's 支持 Site. 

  5. 登录 

    After the installation, open Microsoft Word, and use the link in the upper right corner of the screen to 登录 with your Southeast Tech email address.

  1. 登录365

    去 http://365.pstgv.com, and 登录 with your Southeast Tech email address and password.

    Run the installer after it has downloaded.

  • This process can be completed anywhere that you are connected to the Internet. 你 do not have to be connected to the Southeast Tech network to install and set up Microsoft 办公室.
  • 你 need to know your Southeast Tech email address and password to access Microsoft 365. 你 should have received an email with this information after you registered 类的.
  • This process may take a while depending on your computer.
